We spend close to 100 for water, but have a new lawn and a large corner lot.

We use Dish Network so same price as up north

We have cable for internet and cell phones. 65 dollars for high speed internert

Electricity about 200 dollars for all elec home.

Lawn service for our large lot is 50 dollars a month. I also sold my john deere etc. when we came down two months ago.

Welcome to the Villages.

I budget $1000 a month for everything except the mortgage and taxes. That covers all utilities (gas electric, cable, internet, water, phone, etc), lawn, shrubs, termite, fixing sprinkler heads, fertilizer, amenity fee and a few other repairs. I have a large lot, pool with gas heater plus solar, with a large designer home. This seems to cover it all with some left over at the end of the year. Adjust up or down a little depending on home and lot size.

Seems as though the best source of info would be the party you are purchasing from (realtor or private party) since they would be familiar with all the services you are asking about. Good luck
