I dont know what type of agreement you are loking at but I used Frank Amatea in Ocala to review some "S" Corporation documents I prepared before I filed them with the Florida State Corporation Commission. This was a brief review just to make certain I cited all Florida statues correctly...it was just what I wanted and the brief review was reflected in the favorable fee paid....very reasonable. 352-732-4740
