Default Price Increases

You are correct on the price increases. When we priced out a Begonia in May it was $6,000 less than the new price when we were down earlier this month. The discount was also 4%. In December for our design meeting it is 3.5% and in January it is going down to 3.0%. The price of switching to a slightly larger lot was also an additional $6,000 premium.

All of the above are the reasons we decided to pull the trigger and build right away before there were additional increases in 2013

Between Jan. and Oct the hose we had specked out went up almost 10% we decided to build before we were out priced! We have our design meet in two weeks, if it went up again ... It may be a Sunflower instead of a Begonia!
After following this tread I am sure we will be inn the right place!

Good luck with your Zinnia....we just couldn't decide to go with the Holly or the Zinnia....we love our Holly, but I still love the layout of the Zinnia!

Default I'm Baaaccckkkk!!!

Wow! A guy leaves town for a few days and look what happens to the neighborhood!!! Houses completed and nearing completion, pools filled and riff-raff moves into the neighborhood!!!

First of all, a big shout out to A-4 whose patience and persistence won the day. Congrats on being a GilBilly!!!!

For those of you who haven't been on the reservation in a while you will be absolutely amazed at the progress that's has been and is being made. There are homes going up everywhere as far as the eye can see. I see that a lot of you will be here the first of the month and then we can "GET THIS PARTY STARTED!!!

I haven't had a chance to get caught up on the specifics of whats going on but if there's a get together...count us in!!!

It's great to be back in our little slice of paradise. Being in WV for 4 days in 30 degree weather makes me really appreciate the 80 degree day we had to day.

Default TwinSpins House

What progress!!! The drywall is up and about 70% of the interior has the first coat of paint and the trim is also down. You even have paint on the exterior...it won't be long now so will you hurry up and get a job already?????

Default A-4's Sand

Well, here it is!!! Two pics of A-4's new dwelling place. There are two pics of 210.71 one facing northeast and the second facing due east. Looks nice a really beautiful lot and he's just a stone's throw away (if he has a decent arm)!!! This part of Gillieland is gonna be known as "Where Men Are Men and Pigs Are Nervous"!!!

Default Calc's Castle

What a difference a few days make. The house is now locked up tighter than a vir***....oh, nevermind! It is beautiful. The spa is now filled with water and the pool people have painted the interior. The painter said the second coat will be applied in two days. The summer kitchen is done and it looks like this home is a lock except for a few touch ups here and there. It really does look magnificent!!!

Default Millies Casa

What a beautiful home. The tile work is done in the community bathroom off the lanai but continues in the master bath. The lanai is complete and the appliances are in the kitchen. You even have carpet!!! I'm surprised that the house is still unlocked I guarantee that will not last long!! Hope all three of you have a wonderful flight across the pond!!!

We can't wait to see you again and can't wait to meet Millie!!!

Default HotRod Just for the Heck of It

It's been so long since I've been to HotRod's home that I just had to take a swing by to see what was going on. The answer is....nothing...she's finished and has been for at least a week or so. It turned out beautiful.
