cg, I am breathless over the view! 114 is exceptional as well. I'm building a lantana and breaking the piggy bank to put on the biggest possible pool, hot tub and cage, and cage will run the full width of the lot. full moon rises over the lake, so hope to have many gatherings for the neighborhood.

Just catching up on the happenings of this thread--too busy at work and trying to tie up all the loose ends before the holidays and close. Glad everyone had a great time at the 1st official Gillbilly blast Was it you with the Ohio State cap on in the picture --or is there another fan? Be prepared for a shock whan you reach North as it was only 28 this morning with a heavy frost--good bye sunny warm days for awhile

Congrats on your retirement--did you sleep in today? Best of luck in the packing and moving and hope to meet up with you when we close in Jan. Jim's working on his 37th year of work, but has a few more years to go--unfortunatly healthcare retirement benefits are somewhat lacking

I DON'T NEED NO GILLY PARTY TO HAVE A GOOD TIME

Here's a picture of Cathy and me at my dang retirement dinner tonight. Saturday there's a big event scheduled. I'd rather be having an event with all of you

Talking We canceled our design appt.

We fell in love with a home already built on a much larger lot like 118 x 100, room for a future pool if wish, (have to keep up with Hotrod)

It facing exactly the way I wanted to solar orientation, we close Jan 2nd.

I'll post a few pic's later.

That' what happens when you have the time to drive around and look at all the spec homes.

We gave up our lot with design plans for May 2013 and bought a spec home with a larger lot with room for a spa. We close on January 4!
