I took the easy way out. They are going to load EVERYTHING into 5 PODs and store in Knoxville until I call and tell them to deliver in April.

OMG! Sorry I have been so busy trying to settle in! Juat saw all these lovely posts including the pictures from last night. It was wonderful to meet and greet so many neighbors and I look forward to many more get-togethers! Jill and I plan to be there for New Years, Wendy! Terry-sure wish you could wrangle up some plane tickets but guess we'll have to wait! No action yet on your lot. I look every morning. Batman, I got all excited the other day and thought they were grading your lot, but they were just moving a pile of dirt around A-4, looking forward to meeting you and yours (finally) and hearing all about your move! And Chief, hope you will be there for NYears!

Several people not on your list are interested. Evans Prairie mgr assured me that if customers are in house they will stay open as long as the consuming lasts and they plan to have some party favors. I'm going to buy some noisemakers to share!
If we are sure the Gillies will be there, I'd like to advertise a bit more to get a crowd, and invite some single friends!
Let me know when you're sure where we'll be and about how many we expect.

Per the request of chief rose, we will have another gathering at the Evans Prairie Country Club on Wednesday, December 19. Everything seemed to go well at the last one so unless anyone wants to do different we will meet in the lounge area outside at 8:00pm for happy hour! We managed to close the place down last night but, then again, it's not that hard to do in The Villages. Most of the employees were out and gone by the time we walked to the parking lot!
