Sometimes it's nice to speak to folks from the NE just to hear the old accent.

But the southern slang is cute we love it too!

Great. I imagine, though, with your career taking you all over the place, your accent is a blend of municipalities.

As a northerner, I acquired my love of football in college. However, it seems like football is more like a religion down south. It was a factor in my wanting to live where I knew I'd find other women who worshipped the game as much as I. (Around here I avoid Super Bowl parties cause all the women hang and talk about other things, and I want to watch the game, yet not appear rude. Since that's difficult, I choose to watch with my spouse and avoid the group scene). I anticipate football watching a social activity in TV, despite our exisitng regional alliances.

MSG, having balanced masculine and feminine traits while retaining a strong gender-identity is a good thing.

Just a little more information on the Lee's

We are Steve and Linda Lee.

Home address:
21100 E 37th Terr Ct S
Independence, MO 64057

Village Address:
Lot 209.114
3049 Bradshaw Lane

Our closing date is March 14. Linda is a math and special education teacher in middle school and we will be coming to the Villages the day after her school ends which appears to be sometime in the 3rd week of May.

We have two dogs, Bella the Bulldog, and Taz the Yorkie, they love everyone and think everyone loves them.

Linda has 3 grown kids. Michael is in the service at Fort LaJune in North Carolina. Courtney just finished her master's at Georgia where she was on the gymnastics team and a two time all american. Morgan got a scholarship to the number 2 dance school in the country, a one year program, and she is back in the Kansas City area teaching dance at the largest dance club/school.

We couldn't be more excited and look forward to our first summer there!

It comes out like an unusual combination of upstate NY, Louseyana, and a punch of Tennessee Rocky Top. Jimbo says we sound funny. He's from Long Island . . . . you ought to hear him
