Hi everyone. Can you tell me, are there tons of choices in flooring, cabinets, colors, fixtures and appliances? As I went through about 6 model homes, I notices that I saw about 3 choices in cabinet colors, either tile, carpet or hardwood flooring, a few choices in appliances. Is there a lot I've missed? How can it take days to pick out flooring? Please enlighten me. I want to know what I have to look forward to when I pick all of that stuff out! We are putting tile throughout our home. Will I have 2 choices or 10? Not sure if it's allowed but if anyone wants to email me specifically my emails is csa@together.net
Thanks for your help ![]() Kathy |

I just went through the process and thought it was easy. I pretty much know what I like and don't like. While there are a lot of choices, you go through books and samples and then they take you around and show you what it looks like in the homes. For me, the process, total, was a day! I've heard some ladies say it took them four and five days.
There were lots of choices in some items and not many in others. I knew how I was going to decorate my home before I went in. I knew what floor plan I wanted as well. So... maybe that's why it was so easy for me. The colors are pretty neutral. I knew I wanted as neutral as possible so I opted for tones that didn't have yellow, greens or hints of orange in them. The lady I worked with on the design team had the same taste as I so when I came up on a problem... I deferred to her. I felt I had all the time I wanted. They want you to be happy with your selections. I found the process to be fun. Enjoy!
