We built on Birdsong Place. Closed in January. Also in NY (Hudson Velley) but born in Brooklyn and raised on LI. Big Yankees fan. Our golfcart is blue & white with Yankee decal. I am the big fan, my husband is because of me!. We will not be full time for a while till retirement but will go whenever we can. Going to be down for 10 days in March, can't wait!
