Some people walk. No trail fees.

A half a glass is a half a glass no matter how you look at it. Not positivity, not negativity, just reality.

Some say the CC's in TV are not Country Clubs.

Does the name really matter that much to bring you out of ToTV starting blocks???

Not that simple.

What is in a country club?
Image result for country club
A "country club" is a social and recreational facility that sells memberships and offers its members access to its facilities. Those facilities typically include a golf course, perhaps tennis and swim facilities, and dining. A country club usually offers social activities for its members.Jun 21, 2019

Bottom line, the north area is a retirement golfing community, the new southern area is a retirement community that happens to have a little golf available. Did ya notice in the golf magazine included in the daily sun a couple days ago that Southern Oaks is called a Golf Club, and the other 12 Championship courses are called Country Clubs? As far a golf goes, the new business model has changed significantly.
We like the changes which is why we moved south

Not really - one of the best golf course in the country, has an amazing food and beverage offering - Merion GOLF Club

Another pretty good course, with food and beverage, is Pine Valley GOLF Club.

And I’ve heard Augusta National GOLF Club is a pretty nice place.

I used to belong to a TPC "Golf Club"... No pool or tennis, but multiple dining options (from a very nice grill to sit down fine dining). Multiple monthly "social events"...
