Default renters now owners
Hello to all,
We are new to TV and first timer on this web site and attempting to post a thread. Hopefully I am doing this correctly. What a great site this is. So many questions and answers that are shared by all. It has certainly been a big help to us as we "surf" through the posts. We purchased a Villa model in Pennecamp in April and are finally able to come down for a month in November and to come back in March for a couple of months.

How exciting for you! Congrats - what model villa did you get? I would love to hear all about it. Pennecamp is a GREAT Village and the people are fabulous. You are blessed for sure.

Hi Betty,
Thanks for the welcome. We purchased the Eagle model villa. It was a model home and fully furnished. Talk about right timing! We had a great time filling in the voids needed to make it a home away from home, and now are looking forward to experience the Village offerings. We have vacationed here a number of times and never talked about living here until the last couple of years and lo and behold it became a reality.
