If you are moving and then looking, don't rule out renting a Premier. We did, it had a lot of room for the furniture we brought in it's big garage while we built.. We rented in the summer and it was more economical.

But...it was rented for October on...keep that in mind when you are renting a summer "bargain" and are not sure of your completion plans.
