We are from Michigan as well and just sold our home in January. Came down in mid-Feb and purchased a spec home (Iris) in Fernadina. We will be closing soon and moving in on April 1st. Our street is Tangelo Ln. We too are of the "younger" generation and are hoping to meet many friends of like to enjoy the many activities offered in TV. Nancy & Bob

The speed of building here is just so impressive and they have this down to a science. The building sites are always clean and the workers are never just sitting around. We too are from Michigan and are looking forward to warmer winters as well!
