Posters are always saying the demographics south of 466a are younger villagers compared to north. Are these just personal observations posted as facts or are there any real statistics someone can supply?

We sort of lucked into St. James; we were looking for a specific cottage (Seabreeze). We had looked at many homes back in August of last year and really liked the size/layout of the Seabreeze. Our cottage went on the market in October and after several days of long distance negotiations, we purchased it, WITHOUT EVER LOOKING AT IT IN PERSON; we really trusted our agent, Jo Ann Ives. It turned out to be a bonus as it had been extended. The sun, moon and stars all lined up for us and we couldn't be happier as to where we ended up.

Make no mistake. People do and will discriminate in The Villages just like they do in real life. Color, gender, age, sexual orientation, level of education... some people will always have an opinion. Just be true to yourself. The posters on here are kind hearted and want to help (unless you visit the political forum). I am sure no one intended hard feelings toward you. Welcome to TOTV.
