Greetings fellow Grovers. We signed the papers this weekend on a lot overlooking the lake on Dividing Creek Path. We are probably eight to ten months away from starting construction on our Holly, but excited about the prospect. I have asked a few TV residents about gas vs electric golf carts, and there doesn't seem to be a consensus. I understand if you want to go further and get there a little bit quicker, gas is the choice, if you don't mind a little noise and fumes. On the other hand, gas requires a trip to the Colony gas station to fuel up. I imagine the question has been discussed and debated many times elsewhere on the Talk of the Villages forum. At any rate, we have a few loose ends to wrap up here in TN before we start our new adventure, but we are looking forward to meeting our new neighbors and making lasting friendships.

Good luck with your new lot fellow "Grover". I'm around the corner from you on Grove Run, lot 153. Selling in the Western NC mountains 7 miles from the TN line. Look forward to meeting you one day.

Love the idea of a Grover group (Also love the name!) We are closing on July 22 and I can't wait. Our house will be on Bachman Path. When we get settled I'm willing to work with anyone who would like to set up an official Grover kick-off.

We are going to begin building on our lot #39, 2429 Bachman Path, in Oct. with a hopeful move in just after the first of the year. Looking forward to getting together with all of the "Grovers" when we move in.
