Hi Didiwinbob---My husband and I are planning our move to TV in about 2 more years--I too am a nurse and will plan on working in FLA for a while--have you found out anything interesting about the job market, salaries, etc down there? There seem to be plenty of hospitals, rehabs, home care, etc, right in TV. Any thoughts?

.............there are "currently"....SIXTEEN.....
.......YUP 16.....openings for RN's at the VILLAGES Hospital alone....FOUR of them in Cardiac Re-hab division...(Villages Hospital just opened a 26 bed expansion).....and.... OVER 150 openings for RN's within 30 miles of The Villages..........Those are JUST the postings since 13-Jan-2012 ...

IF you are an RN...there is a job for you ANYWHERE you wish to live.
..Wages in Florida are LESS than in the North.
