I was in TV for the first time in July last year for 5 days helping a friend who was looking at homes -- we just paced ourselves. This July I will be renting for a week in the Village of Chatham to briefly experience what it is to live in TV during the summer. My goal again is to rent in the fall in a different village.

Maybe try renting in TV for a week or two or a month in the summer to see what it's like. Summer rentals seem to be pretty easy to get and reasonably priced.

Being from Alabama, I agree with Army Guy. However, we did a July visit to TV a few years ago and had an early afternoon tee time. It seemed the UV rays were more intense than in AL, and we play regularly in mid-day here in Montgomery. During most of our 7 weekly visits, it was breezy a lot, which helps. Once we get moved, will probably fight the crowd for early morning tee times or play the executive courses in the late afternoon.

We normally come to TV in April/May and September/October. I'm even becoming a polo lover! Nothing beats tailgating in your golf cart at the polo grounds!!
