Default time limit

is there a time limit for houseguests over 19? I probably asked this in the wrong spot yesterday.

I think it would be based on Florida law (and the laws of their state). That is, how long before they are considered residents of the state they're "visiting."

Considering you don't have to have your sponsor be with you at centers, etc. if you're a resident, it seems like it would be better to just say you've moved in (with the necessary proof) and become a resident.

It's your home (or your neighbors) and if you want to have your 19 YO Nirvana freak nephew "visit" you for 8 months, it's your business (as long as the music is turned down at 10:00 pm).

thanx red, my better half was concerned about her sisters visiting for several weeks in the winter after we move down there. They are real close, and it was a concern..
