This just opened 2 days ago so we are underway for a new beginning. Just wanted to begin a thread for this new Unit.. (We are Lot 52)

Congrats on your new purchase! I just wanted to give you a heads up that this new area, Pinellas, will be serviced by Bright House. We are currently working on getting it all up and running, but should be there by the time that most of the new homes are nearing completion. Once active and available, I will update my other 2 posts with all the other service areas.

Welcome neighbor. I just purchased a spec home, lot 3, in the Village of Pinellas. My closing date is 4/11 and hope to be moving in May.
