Default Moving to TV in the Spring of 2013

Good Morning, Just a quick note to say Hi! We have just come home from visiting TV and looking at new homes. We are planning on buying in March of 2013. We are not looking forward to our last winter here in PA but the good news is it will be our last winter here. Can't wait to enjoy the Florida sunshine!

We do know about the bond and all the other fees that go along with living there. We have been doing our research for the last 3 years. We do have some questions, but they do not pertain to buying a home, at least not at this time. Thank you for the warning though.

MR&VAF,
We are in Buckingham, Pa. Going to TV in late summer 2013. Wish we were avoiding
this coming winter. No place on earth like TV.
Keep in touch, maybe you live near us.

We are also going to be spending our last winter up here in Michigan and will be building in TV this spring or summer.
Already tired of the cold and darkness that promises to bring more of the same. Lack of light, sunshine, and warmth turns us into mole people for 6 months!
Did you choose an area that you think you will be buying in?
Maybe we will be neighbors and can talk about the distant memories of the previous days of snow and ice while laying by the pool in December!

Hi, mar/bob. We live not far from you, and will be coming to TV around the same time as you. I agree there's no place on earth like TV. My husband brought me down this past spring just to look. I fell in love, and next thing I knew, we put down money on a lot, and I've had no regrets. I just wish the time would go faster. BTW, we are supposed to get a bad winter around here. After that, we sell the snowblower.

Hello to you all. My wife and I are hoping to be living in the villages by March 2013. We have planned in a trip for the first week of December and we are hoping that we find a house to buy during that visit. It took us three years to sell our house in Alabama, a very frustrating time knowing that the Villages was waiting for us. If you are having trouble selling your home, stay positive, it will happen.

We are looking at the Begonia homes, in the Village of Charlotte, but this is not set in stone yet. I know what you mean about the cold and darkness. I always feel better when we are in Florida. Stay warm!

We are in Potter County. Maybe we'll be neighbors at TV! Can't wait to start meeting people. I hope to join a walking and quilting group after we get settled. Mike is retired Navy so maybe he'll find a Military group. We both would love to learn to play golf. No better place to learn, right?
He says he's going to find a job, I guess time will tell. lol Looking forward to our closing date in Feb so we can move.
