I was wondering if I could alter the recipe slightly and apply it to our Atlanta market. Waddya think? BTW, in certain price ranges here we are now in a seller's market! Yeah! Closer to TV!

I've read the Three Word Sentence thread . OMG! I read until my eyes begged me to stop and got right back to it yesterday morning. I HAD TEARS RUNNING DOWN MY FACE ! Guess I probably shouldn't admit to that before you know me!
