Twohippes - We also purchased a home on 1958 Ashwood Run and closing on Dec. 17th. Karen and Bill Gordon. We are not quite ready to be Full time residents but plan on being there as much as possible.

Alas, the wife does not retire unbtil July 2011 and I can't until Nov 2012 (which really is unfair seeing as how, according to the Mayans, the world ends on Dec 21st 2012).

We plan on coming this summer (august) and possibly reserving a lot for building in August 2011, currently our favorite floorplan is the Orchid, but that may change when we see one in real life.

Then in 2011 we'll check the pre-owned prior to letting the house start and, if we don't find anything we like more start the house.

I SOOO want to retire, 41+ years in high stress jobs (military, security) and I'm ready.

My wife and I will retire next June and as soon as we sell our home in New York, we will be in TV. Our closing in Bonita will be on Dec 21, but we won't see the house until Jan 6th. Then again for a week in Feb and a week in April; by that time we should be part owners in Southwest airlines, ha ha. Seriously,we have visited TV 7 times already over the past three years and can't wait to become frogs. We had about 8 inches of snow today and my arms ache tonight from the snowblower! I am sooooo ready to move. The address is 1350 Centerville Place, Bonita - just called SECO today to transfer the electric! See you soon!!!

We hope to start building in the Village of St. Charles in the next month or two. We made a deposit on a lot on Hollow Branch Way. Just waiting to close on our house in Alabama. Can't wait to get there!
