Default Well, we got an offer....

My husband and I want to move to The Villages in Dec/Jan so we put our house on the market 2 weeks ago and received an offer today. We submitted our counteroffer and hope it is accepted. If all goes well we will load up the trailer at the end of the year and say goodbye to the wonderful city of Boise, Idaho. Wish us luck - hope to see you all in 6-7 months.

Sheryl and David.

Default About my hat Tony...

Now do you see why I keep my hat on Tony? Nothing like a bad hair day like Sheryl is having.

Now that's funny!

Sheryl and David,
I'm adding my good vibes to the ones already sent.

Best of luck and keep us posted.

I think it is a lime peel carefully coifed. It has a shine to it too, much like the one Tony is wearing in his avatar.

Sheryl and David...did you get a signed contract? Congrats if you did! If not, it's still early in the game so hang in there!

We listed our home two weeks ago too and got an offer the second day. It never materialized though. I'm still trusting the right person will come at the right time! I know better days are ahead when we can go house buying instead of house selling!!!

An offer in two weeks is fantastic. I have had my house up for sale in New Jersey for 1 1/2 years and have yet to see an offer made. Congrats on getting an offer on urs.
