as far as pre-owned homes go? sundays? mondays?

When we listed our Villages house, the Agent said it would appear as soon as the office entered it in the system. I think the Pre-owned Site Is updated all day long, every day.

That is my understanding too. I've seen changes/updates throughout the day.

When we were looking to buy a pre-owned, we were told that it was updated when the homes were added or had become under agreement as soon as it was entered. These were updated throughout the day (at least on weekdays). I did see the villa we purchased go to "pending" status on the day we reached an agreement - and that was on a Sunday!
