You can also find almost anything through your computer. I google and ask for Al Jazeera, or whatever I want and you can usually find where the program is available.

I had never thought of the Japan News until it was mentioned here, googled it and got all the information one could want.

I only watch the local news, mostly for the weather report.

All of them have some bias. I used to confine my sources mostly to the AP and Reuters and Voice of America, but now I search the headlines on the Internet and pause to read when it suits my interest. Most folks can tell when the author is biased, just by their slant on any subject. I watch the local news SOMETIMES in the morning for the weather forecast. But, I have the weather channel on my phone also, so that is not a consistent practice.
No matter what source you use for your news, they are ALL biased in some manner. If you think that foreign sources aren't then you do not understand how they translate or interpret.

I agree, a totally unbiased news source is astronomically impossible.

middle eastern news coverage from al arabia, sometimes reuters, & Knewz agg site, (sort of like drudge, but better details), & lots of local news from various areas in the us, i too spot check newsmax, newsy & live nation among others
