To be clear there are several Medicare Advantage plans (I’ve had both Aetna’s and United Healthcare) that provide zero-premium HMO or PPO plans. They have met our needs and there is nothing underhanded or deceptive about them.

Technically you must pay that tomedicare. Companies then at no further charge take over you health care and medicare reimburse your payment to them imo
