Susan Sullivan specializes in Will and Trusts. We have used her for almost 20 years. Recently we emailed her a question and she got back to us by the following day with the answer, no charge. Use her and you will not be sorry.
She is located on 466A.

I would try Bogin, Munns and Munns. They have an office on 466 near Morse Blvd. They have attorneys that specialize in the different areas of law. I used them to establish a trust. I used a real estate attorney at Bogin, Munns and Munns when closing on the house.

I need a civil attorney to set up a real estate LLC or possibly a trust and someone who can help me with pension paperwork. Both things could probably be handled by a paralegal. I’m relatively new to Florida and none of the attorneys I’ve used in the past are able to practice in Florida. I don’t need a legal superstar, just someone who is honest, ethical, and has reasonable fees. If they have an office in the Villages that would be great but driving as far as Ocala or Orlando would be okay.
We interviewed a couple and decided on Eric Milhorn and have been pleased. I know they do trusts and LLCs but, sorry, I’m not sure about pension paperwork.

Default Thank you to all who have responded!

Thanks everyone for all of the recommendations! This is exactly what I was hoping for. Certainly one of these attorneys will work out for me. Thanks again!
