Here were we are moving from in Alabama, the weather guy that everyone quotes and listens to is James Spann. He is the guy that when the weather turns to crap, everyone turns to, stays on the air for 10-12 hours straight during tornado outbreaks during the tornado seasons, goes out to churches, schools, and groups to talk about weather safety etc. If you email him plans of your house or description he will even suggest your torando safety spot.
Who in the TV area is the big weather guy/gal and what station is he on?

Pturner, I am waiting on my wife to get her day final. I actually became eligible last year with my Army time, and because I "robbed the cradle" I have to wait on her!! As soon as she gets her day I will drop my paperwork. She has been told anywhere from this April on, but they will tell her.
