Default Complete Guide to The Villages

Has anyone read the book "Complete Guide to The Villages" by Ryan Erisman?
If so, would you recommend it?
Also, does anyone subscribe to his monthly newsletter?

Probably everything you want to know about TV can be had right here for free. And it will be the opinions of many rather than of one.

I read the book a number of years ago when we first became interested in TV in particular and FL in general, and before we found this site. I think it does a very good job of giving you the basic info you need to get started. The "Nuts and Bolts" section of TOTV also does very well. The book is pretty inexpensive, and I don't think I wasted my money. I still refer to it from time to time. I did subscribe to the newsletter and found the first issue to be interesting. Again, pretty inexpensive way of getting yet another view that may be a little more objective (and I do eccentuate the "may be" because I don't know the authors personal agenda; it just seems to be objective in reading it).

Looking for more information on TV, I bought and read the book about a year or so ago. I was already hooked on TV from a previous LSV.

I found the author to have an objective viewpoint and it was informative. He is also a nice person as he helped me as I had trouble downloading the e-book version. I later received a hard copy. One thing this book recommended was TOTV. I find TOTV has all the information I need and it's members will answer any questions a person might have. Therefore, I didn't subscribe to his newsletter. TOTV members also give their feelings as to how it is to live in TV and not words on a page. Some people will not believe it until they see it.
I was blown away.

If you want all the information about TV, the book might supply some information that you might find interesting.
