Absolutely perfect! At Brookly Water Bagel it's called a "Williamsburg", except they have tomato and no capers (A situation I have them correct when I order one)

I used to go across the D.C.-MD line all the time to visit the Deli's. Loved to get a hot pastrami with swiss cheese and mustard on Rye and accompanied by a large spear of Kosher dill pickle. There was a place in Wheaton, Md that produced some of the best bagels. I think it was near the Little Tavern hamburger joint(Buy them by the bag).

Than again my wife is allergic to almost all vegetables that grow above ground.
