Next door to the Villages and off of Rolling Acers road.

As I frequently take that north/south bypass outside the Villages , I wondered what was going to be built there. This community may add a little more traffic to one of my favorite roads.



It's interesting that the Villages didn't build there.

My understanding is if the developer is interested in the property they make an offer and if accepted great. If not the developer will not listen to counteroffer and just moves on.
