Default Do I need bluetooth capability with a GPS?

I am considering the Garmin Nuvi 755T GPS, which Costco has on sale right now for $199. It has everything I want - speaks street names, lane guidance, and lifetime traffic updates - but it does not have bluetooth capability.

I have a bluetooth with my cell phone and really like it. Will I be sorry if I buy a GPS that doesn't have bluetooth capability? And what does it allow me to do on the GPS?

Thanks for your help!

Here's a short explanation of what a Blutooth enabled GPS can do for you:

Be advised that Microsoft is shutting down the MSN Direct service on Jan 1, 2012. That in itself would not stop me from buying the 755T.

I have the now discontinued Nuvi 750 and love the thing but then I have no need for Bluetooth so I did not go with the 760.

For the price you are getting a great deal as prices have come down in the last few years.

We have a GPS for each of our two cars, both have Bluetooth. We pair them with our Blackberries for hands free calls while driving. (Magellan 4040 and Magellan 4250, have been very happy with both.)

I have Blue Tooth in my Garmin Nuvi and used it once and stopped using it. In my opinion You are much better served by getting a seperate bluetooth device.

I would never consider buying a GPS without bluetooth.......I was not aware that I had the technology until my son set it up for me.....now I use it all the time and don't know how I ever got along without it........
Its really neat and love the hands off conversation with family and friends...

I love the connection with my cell phone while I'm driving. It does startle you when it rings though but so easy to talk, all sounds come out of the garmin. Easy to make a phone call to your point of interest. It displays it's phone number, one touch and the call is made. Play with it and have fun.

NEVER trust directions from a GPS! They will take you thru the strangest places just because it is shorter or faster than other routes that may be more logical and more direct.
