Default Exchange Dollars for British Pounds

Heading off to England soon and just wondering if anyone has some British pounds laying around they would like to exchange for US Dollars. If so please send me a PM.

We are headed there in January ourselves. If you don't find any takers, just get cash (British pounds) at an ATM in England. Rick Steves advises to get fairly large amounts so as to minimize overseas ATM fees. Let your bank know before you go so they allow transactions.

We got British pounds at AAA.

I know you can buy British pounds (or any other currency) at a local bank...BUT with the number of travellers here in TV AND also the number of British residents who come to TV...I thought we could do each other a service exchanging extra British pounds for US Dollars.

Hi I am over in the Villages from 29th Oct from the UK we are getting this rate at the moment, US $1 = £ 0.6367 £1 = US $ 1.5706, I can bring over pounds if you want them?

I have all of 11.08 pounds! I'll exchange for $$ if you want, but it hardly seems worth the effort!

If you're flying out of Orlando, I'm sure there's a currency exchange counter there. Or, just wait until you land in London and get some cash there.

Certainly may not give you "decent" rates, but workable!
