Paul Teutul, Sr said there were no plans to mass produce an electric chopper, but would consider it, if adequate demand were there.

Not necessarily.
Some states are looking into legislating noise-making attachments for quieter vehicles like the Prius and Insight. Seems they think they are just too darn quiet.

I can just picture an electric Harley cruising down the highway emitting Vroom Vroom noises from attached loudspeakers. Some Japanese bikes would, of course, go Ring-a-ding, ring-a-ding.
