And these navigators are being paid $40+k so don't you think they should at least be able to sit down with someone and go over the plans and help them register on line? Can't imagine who trained them or what they were trained since no one really understands how this mess is going to work.

But then when you think about it - you can go and sign up for vouchers ($$$$) to help pay for this insurance and you don't have to provide any documentation as to need. So all in all I would say this is going to work out just fine. NOT!!!!
