That's ridiculous. The number of active users is WAY up since Musk took over, and he is making it more profitable in spite of left leaning activists attempting to scare advertisers. Since I liked the politeness of the "please". I would call the rich the upper 10% of wealthy people. 1 % would be the super-rich like Musk and Jeff Bezos.
.....The 1st part about taxes........After WW2 the top tax bracket paid something like 70 or 80 % of their income. The rich had ways of getting around that so that the average person in the top bracket probably paid about 40%. And what happened in 2000 and 2010 was that on both occasions the top income bracket got their % dropped down. That has been widely reported on - just Google it.
