Default Help! removing old decals from windows!

Just getting settled in our new pre-owned home and loving it but......

Someones idea of decorating was putting decals of birds all over the kitchen window. :yikes:
Im not at all a fussy person but this is just to tacky for even me to live with(and I love pink flamingos in the front lawn). So, how can I get these unwanted decorations off????

Any help would be appreciated, REALLY REALLY appreciated! Thanks

Nonie, have you ever heard of Goo Be Gone? Sold in some hardware stores, but I use it a lot and it seems to work well. All depends on the type of glue they used.

If you can't find it, I'll send you my bottle from Los Angeles...

Your tacky friend, Kathie

That's the name Barb. I suddenly couldn't remember it - Goo Gone.... Thanks, I would've been up all night thinking about it.

Sometimes a hair dryer will warm up the glue enough to just lift or scrape off.

Hammer works quite well. But in case you don't have one I always used a hair dryer then WD-40. Had to remove military stickers from vehicles often and always used this.
