Boy I'm glad you clarified that. Otherwise you'd have a whole lot of counting to do going through the thousands of residency indications that would have been posted here!

We are on our way to becoming FL residents, but we'll still escape each summer to a NH lake - and I hope you will forgive us... We've been here for 4 years. I'm now in NH getting our house ready to sell... but we'll still have a little nest in upper NH for the time being... I still want to spend some time with my grandchildren and family when it's HOT, HOT, HOT... July, August, September...

Mom and I own a home in the Village of Charlotte but we only get to The Villages 4-6 weeks a year. Unfortunately, my almost 90 year old mother doesn't want to move to Florida full time. After this winter, I'm hoping I will be able to change her mind!! We had 3 inches of snow two weeks ago!

You'd need to do a poll to figure that out.
In my humble opinion,
I think there are mostly wannabees and newbies on TOTV, searching for information.
I think they tend to post less.
I think that established residents tend to post more frequently
because they feel they have information they'd like to share.

I am curious how many homes in The Villages has at least one Florida Resident.

My guess is 60 - 70 percent.

I'm still in PA, my house just sold (can you all scream YIPEE at once) and I'll be full time in TV in June so ask me again then.
