I don't have any problem with 10 mbps speed, Youtube, Netflix, my Smart TV, everything works and never buffers. I believe 10 is the highest speed Century Link offers in Florida. Besides the internet, I have a home phone with unlimited long distance, caller ID and call block, both together for $59.99 a month. I have Directv for television, so my choice when I moved here in 2011 for internet and phone was either CL or Comcast, and since I had experience with Comcast back in Maryland and didn't want to deal with them again, I chose CL. Centurylink also has great customer service, but I've almost never had to use them. Once I had a problem about a year ago with my notebook computer, not the internet. I no longer use a password since it's at home all the time, but at that time I did and I wasn't able to log on and couldn't get beyond the initial screen. I called, they said we have computer technical support for $15 per month. I signed up, they took control of the computer for about 20 minutes and fixed the problem. I called the next day and cancelled the tech support, never saw a penny on my bill.
