Everyone, THANKS!!! OK the contest company has contacted me. They provide the flight. I also talked to Ezekiel and it is confirmed that I did win this. They loved my work! I asked if I must go this Monday. The contest lady is checking with Ezekiel now about that and other information. This is going to be one heck of an experience. I will hear back in a few hours. OK, I am leaving on the 16th with Ed!!!! Good, I can get my roots done and attire ready!! shhhhh! We may be gone for 10 days?!!! We will stay in Newport Beach. I will intern Mon-Fri then we will travel north to San Fran for a long awaited west coast drive! Something we have wanted to do since, forever! Fly home from San Fran!! The reason for so many delays-the coordinator/PR manager is in the jungles of Costa Rica on Vacation and she is having trouble communicating. They are as excited as I/we are!!! wooohooooo!

Rhonda, I think the Pacific Ocean highway has the most beautiful scenery in the country. There are some great hiking trails and state parks in Big Sur and do stop in Carmel - another of my favorite places. We saw whales when we were this time last year.
