That’s what I was thinking - some of these comments remind me of what you read on that “other site”.

Default Now I know

I always wondered where they all lived. I assumed it was that area when you drive by and see the gated driveways.

Hey! Who says I can't afford it! I just don't like it.

Not to my taste at all. Very sterile.
Not actual photos. Architectural renderings.

That was the first thing I noticed when looking at the pics. It didn't look real. Looked like computerized drawings.
Looks like a great home for a businessman (bachelor home). Some younger people like that industrial look. Lofts in big cities are going for $$$$$ that were actually warehouses, and people are buying them!

Just out of curiosity, why would a young bachelor want to live in the dead center of a very large retirement community?

I think it is a spec home and never been lived in. I like it, not as it looks now, but I can imagine it with "stuff", real stuff, not the awful stuff they have in it now. Real comfortable furniture, pictures on the walls, lots of pictures, really good orientals on the floors. I could visualize it being totally transformed and made into a home. A home for a young upwardly mobile young couple with a couple of children. Nice. Of course, it needs redecorating, get rid of that grey everywhere.

Truly amazing. Could have been so much more for 3 million. What’s upstairs?
