Here is a very interesting real estate site to look at. www.Zillow.com Sorry it does not include some of the newer villages or homes not listed in MLS. If you zoom into a neighborhood you can see what houses are up for sale. Zoom in some more and see values in your neighborhood. Interesting site.

I've used zillow a lot and it's great - with a caveat - the site is a tool and the values shouldn't be taken as "gospel". It's their estimate using their info.

That said, it's really excellent, you can see square footage and other specs (bedrooms, etc) of any house.

It doesn't have the newer villages
