I must admit that in the past few years I have become a minor Weather Channel addict -- especially their hurricane coverage. When I was in my 30's I used to laugh at my mom who would keep the Weather Channel on at her house for 2 or 3 hours at a time. I would like to know what months constitute the rainy season in central Florida -- May to October, June to September? When I visited TV in July for 5 days, not a drop of rain was to be had until I was about 3 miles from the Orlando Airport on my way back to Chicago.
