Default Lost and Found

Found; I found some perscription glasses and the case in the road today on Morse Blvd I think it was near Hacienda Hills golf & country club around 3:00 P.M. Brown case with grey to purple frames. We leave tommorow as we are part timers so I am looking for a lost and found to turn them in. I guess I will take them to the Sea breeze req. center unless somebody knows of a true lost and found for The Villages? Any Ideas other than running a ad in the paper. I do not think the owner of the glasses will be able to read the paper with out them to even see the ad.

From what I understand, there are two lost and founds -- one for north of 466 snd one south. Not sure which rec center is for south of 466 (I think it is Laurel Manor but wouldn't swear on it), but the Hacienda has the L&F for north of 466.

Since you picked them up near La Hacienda, the owner would probably check L&F at the Hacienda Rec Center and not even think of checking the south rec center (if they had an idea where the glasses were lsot).

If you return them to other than the L&F rec centers, it usually takes 3-4 days to get from the rec center to the lost and found, which, I'm sure, would be very frustrating for someone who needs their glasses.

Hope you have a safe trip home.

Thanks, I will drop them off at La Hacienda. Hopefully they will look for them there,

NOT La Hacienda -- that's the country club. Hacienda Rec Center is past the gate, turn right on Paige (?), the big rec center on the right.

"La Hacienda" is the rec center near Spanish Springs on Paige Place. "Hacienda Hills Golf Course" is at 1195 Morse Boulevard. Hope this helps
