And they wonder why armed forces recruitment is so low. If they worry so much about what you say than what you do, then the war is already lost. However, the enemy may be incapacitated by their laughter and then go home, or video it for Youtube. If the officers in the Marines wish to be addressed by whatever PC title is in vogue today, then by all means. I doubt if that is going to change the way REAL Marines will address each other. I admit, our use of B.A.Ms to label female marines was a bit crass if used openly, but I still have no problem if I hear it used by an old Grunt/Leatherneck/gyrene. I wonder if the mud pits on the obstacle course at Paris Island Marine Recruit Training Base have been replaced with cleaner Egyptian sand for those sensitive recruits. Did they replace the quick step with the shuffle? Maybe the mess halls have started upgrading the recruits meals to a Vegan diet?
Do we laugh now and PAY LATER?

Ther's a line from the movie "Aliens", in which, after all the Space Marine's ammo was destroyed, the character exclaimed: "that's just great, now what are we supposed to fight with----harsh language?"

Today, we could just substitute "Hurl improper pronouns" and we'd be just as effective
