I see how people with real wisdom and enjoyment of life can talk about intelligence and gender...

And winking. I mean blinking.

I love mature people.

I probably do best with history and movies. You can play Jeopardy online and I believe its an official game. Could be wrong though.

I used to play in on Facebook rather often but have not in a few years. Jeopardy At Last Takes to Facebook – Adweek

Is an IQ more important than one's EQ? Or does one need a healthy dose of both?

How does one explain late bloomers?

When it comes to the sexes my response has always been I love women, and I mean that respectfully. I believe men and women should compliment one another. My wife and I fit because, from the day we met, we each drew on the other's strengths.

and yes when it comes to approaching issues men are from Mars and women from Venus

I read a few years back that the winners are most likely people who have the ability to retain a lot of information, are usually real big on playing trivia games and read a lot of books.
Some of those categories just amaze me and how quick people come up with the answers.
I'm pretty sure you won't ever see me on Jeopardy. LOL

In my experience, and this is a generalization, women are better at learning foreign languages and multi-tasking. They also see more shades of color than men. They are great decorators. Men and women's brains just differ, at least in part due to evolutionary roles.

I am not smart. The only time I ever made a 100 in school was in 7th grade when the teacher asked me to name two pronouns and I blurted out, "Who, me?"

Men are just more competitive than women. Have you ever wondered why men also dominate the game of chess, which requires no strength or worldly knowledge?

I don't think men are smarter on Jeopardy. It all about retention. Straight A students and people that like to read and can retain will do good IMO. You know the nerdy type. Brick on the middle good example!

Breibart is not a legitimate news source. There are serious studies that have shown Women's scores on IQ tests now equal those of men, and in some cases surpass those of men, because of societal factors such as increased educational opportunities for women, better nutrition, being in the workforce, more gender neutral IQ test questions, etc.

As far as Jeopardy, it is a game, with a buzzer that can dictate who comes out ahead. As someone else posted, winning has less to do with IQ than with playing the game and operating the button. Surely we have better things to do than promote petty gender wars.
