I guess God needed him on a special mission, more than he was needed here in this life. May He give you and your family the strength to endure this loss. I hope that knowing he will improve the life of 8 people will give some comfort. My heart aches for you and your family. God bless.....

Q has passed and donated his organs to some people whose families will cherish a small part of him in their loved ones. Quentin is my hero, and a hero to those people who benefited by the most selfless decision a human being can possibly make. As I have previously stated, I can only assume that God needed a handsome, funny, smart, loving fishing buddy and called for the best we had. He and his twin brother Nicholas started calling me popeye when they were old enough to talk and all my other 4 grandchildren have called me that, and it is the proudest honor I will ever achieve.

Hope you and your family are holding up o.k., Ed. Very tough times, I'm sure. Your grandson sounds like he was a pretty great young man.

Again, sorry to hear the news of his passing.

Bill

My condolences and sentiments from having lost an 8 year old stepson many years ago. Losing the younger ones is very hard but your statement is the best that anyone can say in these circumstances. I know. Peace to you and your family.
