I never worry about anything..... ever. Worrying is a waste of time. It is in itself, harmful -- both physically and mentally to the worrier.

I can be concerned about something, but that isn't the same as worrying. If I see a situation and can control it, then I plan and prepare for it. If I can't control it, then I ask myself "What's the worst that can happen"?

My great grandmother used to tell me to expect the worst and hope for the best.

Cancer didn't kill me, but it really messed me up! Don't think I'm stronger from it. The thought sounds good, but not true in every case, sadly.
