Ok....so if the house does not sell...and I believe it will....then you come stay at our place....we have an extra condo...so no worries....come party with us....

BUT....if you stay at our Villa....then you will have to cook and clean for the party!

Kidding!

Susan....you were one of the first people to respond to our "Minnesota Project" request and even though we didn't get to meet for it....you are near and dear to my heart! I owe you a party anyway!!!
