Yes, but only with a street legal cart, at this time.

There is no golf course, just a club house, pool, tennis courts and putting green. That's why the Lifestyle Preview Plan is one of the biggest selling tools, because you can't put a price on lifestyle.
Is this not a conjoined home or a duplex? It is referred to as a condo/townhouse in the mls listing, and is there not a second fee for the clubhouse ?

I suspect most people can come up with many reasons, that were important to them, that support their personal decision to buy a home in a particular community.

I believe it's $50 for the card if I remember correctly. Workout room, pool tables, rec room and the absolutely gorgeous pool!

I found going to Google, and typing the thread name will bounce you to TOTV thread you need, better than the search function. The search function leaves a lot to be desired, for finding something.

You can also go the directory the thread was posted on and scroll down to find the thread you are looking for. If it's a really old thread, you might spend a lot of time finding it, with this method.

Good luck!!

You will get more house for your money at Stonecrest. If you are sedentary, it might be a good choice. You can visit the restaurants, movies and squares for entertainment but you won't have access to everything.

TV is made for active people who want to jump in their golfcart, and get almost anywhere in TV, (there's 90 miles of golfcart paths). It's made for people who like other people and most people like to be in the middle of the action, whatever that may be.

Only you can decide what you are looking for. Not everyone plays golf, but there are so many other activities you can enjoy. The developer keeps TV beautiful, and that means a lot to me.

Basically Stonecrest is not golfcart accessible, as the one path to TV, was closed off by the developer. At least, that's the latest I heard.

Or how about "The Villages offers free golf on umteen golf courses".
Or how about "The Villages offers over 100 activities daily".
Or how about .... well, you can read the sales information.
Not necessary free when you add in CDD, amenity fees, fire fees, etc.

Non existent, no. Amenity fees are nominal, compared to what you get for the money. IMHO

This home would make you the neighbor of Gary Morse and the rest of the family. Actually, it's a good price and recently reduced from $1.2m.

I believe it belongs to Mark's brother. The brother built a new home in Bridgeport at Laurel Valley.
Right Gracie?

Mark Morse doesn't have a brother. It is Gary Morse's brother, Richard Schwartz's, former home. He now lives in Laurel Valley.
