I know that part of Newfoundland is. There is even a place in Pakistan that is 15 min different which makes it 1 3/4 hour different than the next west most zone. Very weird.

Unfortunately, I can't afford to upgrade to the latest technology so I am stuck. When the old ones break then I upgrade.
